Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I

Here is my first 1/48 scale model, Tamiya's Spitfire Mk.I.

The model was built out of the box with just a little help from Eduard's Photo-etched accessories,and some aftermarket parts - canopy Falcon clear-vax, prop and exhaust from Ultracast, Wheels True Details, decals pre-war Spitfire ILIAD design.

Painting was completed with Testor enamels and the weathering was achieved with pigment powders,and acrylics.
